Communities in Motion is leading and facilitating a community planning process for the the South Los Angeles Homeless TAY and Foster Care Collaborative (www.southlatay.org). This is critical as the South Los Angeles region. has the highest number of homeless people in Los Angeles County. Communities in Motion has developed a fact sheet, proving the Collaborative a tool to engage and communicate with the community about this effort.
